Roosa CPA, LLC, a Florida based CPA firm, was founded by Randall Roosa to provide risk advisory services and regulatory compliance services to clients nationwide. Randall received a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Florida and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. After spending 14 years of his career with two of the Big 4 global CPA firms he established Roosa CPA, LLC to help clients build value.

Our team has over 25 combined years of experience working for the Big 4 global CPA firms and hold CPA, CISSP and CISM certifications. Our team’s broad business experience facilitates an efficient engagement by bringing valuable insight from previous engagements and ensuring specific rules and regulations applicable to your business are considered. Our compliance team has not only the right knowledge and skills, but also continues to keep pace with the demands of a complex and changing regulatory environment.
We work with clients to improve their overall regulatory compliance process. Ultimately, we see our attestation as more than just a report.
